Waldo's Air Care LLC was built on a simple idea: the people who do the work deserve a stable place to do it. When the company Waldo had been part of sold to private equity, he watched experienced, skilled technicians lose their jobs while profits got squeezed and service quality slipped. That moment made the decision clear. His crew asked when he was going to start something of his own. He did, and they came with him.

We launched in March 2026 as a licensed and insured HVAC contractor based in Rogers, Arkansas. From day one, the goal was straightforward: give homeowners and business owners honest service, give our technicians a steady place to build a career, and keep private equity out of the picture. No outside investors. No pressure to hit numbers at the expense of the customer.
